Alongside the launch of Mystery Boxes Goods week, lucky holders of redeemable NFTs will now have the opportunity to claim their physical or digital prizes within a 90-day redemption period. And here’s the best part: as per your democratic decision made via DAO, if you prefer, you can sell the prize on our marketplace and receive payment in ERN

To ensure a smooth and hassle-free redemption process, we have prepared a step-by-step guide for you:

Step 1: Open the product page of your prize and locate the “Redeem” button.

Step 2: Fill in your delivery information accurately, ensuring all details are entered correctly. It’s important to note that for physical delivery — international orders may be subject to additional duties, taxes, and shipping restrictions.

Step 3: After completing the delivery details, click “Continue” to proceed.

Step 4: Take a moment to review the summary page and carefully read and agree to Ethernity’s Terms of Service by ticking the box. Then, click “Redeem” to move forward.

Step 5: Before proceeding, confirm your understanding of the redemption process.

Step 6: To effectively redeem your prize, you will need to approve the transaction in your wallet.

Step 7: Congratulations! You have successfully redeemed your prize. Our team will reach out to you with further instructions.

!!! Please note that shipping is not available to the following countries: Afghanistan, Belarus, Bhutan, Brunei Darussalam, Chad, Cuba, Laos, Libya, Mongolia, Russia, South Sudan, Syria, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Yemen, North Korea, Venezuela, Tanzania, or Ukraine.

We understand that receiving your order on time is crucial, and we strive to process it as quickly as possible. However, please be aware that Ethernity cannot be held responsible for any delays in shipping or delivery caused by external factors such as severe weather, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances. Furthermore, we cannot be held liable for any missed deliveries or lost/damaged packages during transit. The responsibility for successful delivery lies with the shipping carrier. The products will be shipped within 60 days, based on availability in stock. For presale purchases or prizes, the shipping timeline will be determined by the manufacturer. Once your package has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery and stay informed about its status. It’s important to note that Ethernity makes one delivery attempt. In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, we will contact the client to discuss further options. If the client wishes to make another delivery attempt, they will be responsible for covering the shipping cost upfront. However, if we do not receive a response from the customer within 14 days from the moment the email was sent, the prize will be deemed the property of Ethernity, and any Stones used for the purchase will be forfeited. Therefore, we strongly advise checking your email and tracking number regularly to ensure prompt communication and successful delivery.
